Advanced Yoga Practices - a course designed for teachers and students alike who wish to speed up their yoga journey through powerful and ancient techniques.

• Learn how to really meditate and awaken inner energies.
• Work with special mudras, bandhas and mantras to cleanse, purify and prepare the body for higher practices.
• Practice pranayamas and mudras that go deeper than the usual realm to prepare and purify sushumna nadi.
• Work on devotion and Bhakta to awaken ecstatic consiousness.
• Learn techniques for 'preparation' and 'how to' stir kundalini shakti slowly and gently.
• Learn techniques to cleans, purify and prepare the body for higher practices.
• N.B. this is not for beginners.
